Author: Elaine Alberro

Elaine Alberro was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Cuban immigrant parents who arrived in the U.S. in the mid-fifties. Currently, she lives in Miami, Florida, as the mother of an eight-year-old and expecting baby number two in the spring of 1999. She is employed full time as an office manager for a Brickell Key law firm, teaches Sunday School at Unity on the Bay, meets weekly with a writing critique group, and writes five days a week at 4:30 a.m.
In May 1998 she signed a contract with Kensington Publishing for two Hispanic romances for the Encanto line. The first book, Forever True, will be released in September 1999. The second, yet untitled, will be released sometime in 2000.
Elaine is a member of Romance Writers of America and Florida Romance writers, which is a sub-group of RWA. Elaine enjoys writing romances because she feels life itself is a wonderfully romantic adventure, whether it's with a soul mate, other loved ones, places, events, and even writing.
