He was a premier plastics pipe scientist. he wrote over 60 books and articles in the world of science. As one of the scientists working on the Manhattan Project, he confered with Dr.Einstien. As a tribbute to Dr.Reinhart they tested the first atomic bomb on his birthday July 16.
