Born 1969 Phalguni Bhattacharyya did his post graduation in Bengali literature from Visva Bharati.He wrote his M.Phil Dissertation on "Banglasahitye shikshakcharitra".He has authored several books of poetry and those of essays in Bengali. A senior Lecturer, he teaches literature in a college.
