He is a 1996-batch civil servant presently working with the National Commission for Scheduled Caste, India.He is a member of Editorial Advisory Board of two magazines,and Associate editor of a quarterly journal. Arise Asia is the first comprehensive book on the ideology of Pan-Asianism in the twenty-first century.
