A great visionary, very widely read ,knowledgeable and an accomplished teacher who was very popular with the students of his college worked for almost about eight years to complete the work on Economic History of India.
The work on Economic history of India was very dear to his heart and he took a lot of pains to give quality to the work and therefore it took him a long time to complete the voluminous work of writing the most authentic script on economic history of India ever written by a very sincere and a dedicated teacher.
A teacher who loved children from the core of his heart threw himself wholeheartedly to start a school after his retirement for young children on the principles that he cherished during his life and that school has grown up ten folds as one of the promising schools of the city.
Known for his compassion and goodness of heart throughout the social circle of the city and in the province of Punjab, India, he was popular among politicians, educationists, spiritual leaders , poor people, and the Intellectuals of the city
As a young student, his accomplishments towards the family,society and the nation were manifold and extra ordinary.
Professor G. Kaushal was a person par excellence in thought and action and in family and society and a person with a depth of knowledge about the subject he taught with great passion.
It was during one of his teaching sessions that God decided to snatch away a very loving person from this world while holding a cup of tea in his hands. He left the world at a relatively young age of 62 years.
