Former Viet Nam Era Veteran and Commissioned Officer, Dr. Dandy worked for over 30 years in the Federal Sector, and currently serves on Adjunct Graduate Faculty's, participates on national grants/contracts peer review panels, and recently Co Authored a Chapter in, Workforce Diversity Management entitled, Culture and Management. The recipient of numerous awards including the Secretary's Award for Distinguished Service and The National Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, Woodrow Wilson Foundation Fellowship Awards, Dr.Dandy is married to Lesley A. Dandy, has two daughters, two grandchildren and resides in North Carolina.
