Author: Latimer Rangers

Born in 1940, Latimer Rangers is a cultural figure in Madagascar.
In the 60's he was correspondent for several newspapers and radios as BBC, Gamma-photo and Jeune Afrique. His national fame came from his radio shows, which captivated the whole country every week for about twenty years. He was sent in exile to Comoros by President Ratsiraka for ten years and returned to Madagascar in 1994, called back by new President Albert Zafy to become Secretary of Culture.
He is now retired, writing his memoirs.
