He was born in Lisbon in 1906, he was a lawyer and writer. During the 1940's he was director of the identification archive in Lisbon.
He married with Maria Beatriz in 1940 and had two children.
He had many friends in the world of literature and arts such as Ferreira de Castro, Antonio Boto, Sebastiao da Gama and Juan Avalos, Lazaro Lozano and many others.
He wrote more than 20 books and some of them were translate to french.
His great book collection was donated to library of Universidade Católica (Lisbon).
