Lily Conrad (New Orleans 1850 – Rome 1908) was the daughter of William K Conrad and Mary Heran. William was the son of John from a family of prolific publisher of Philadelphia and brother of Robert Taylor Conrad mayor of Philadelphia Pa. and also of Edward Conrad who participated to the texan declaration of independence. In early age, at father’s death, Lilly went with her mother and grandmother (Melville Mason) to Rome (Italy). Studied at the Collegio del Sacro Cuore at Trinità dei Monti. Married (7/26/1874) Marquis Alfonso Theodoli (1845 – 1910). Died in Rome.
