Dr. Omotunde Johnson has taught at the University of Sierra Leone and the University of Michigan. He was a staff member of the International Monetary Fund for 26 1/2 years. He has been a member of the Centre for the Study of African Economies and St. Antony's College, Oxford University, UK. He has published numerous articles in economic journals. One of his books is entitled-- African Economic Development: Cooperation, Ownership, and Leadership.
