Rebecca is the oldest of two daughters, born in Grand Rapids, MI on her dad's birthday. She decided in 3rd grade she wanted to be an author and continues to work toward that dream.

Rebecca graduated from high school in 2001, where she also spent much class time receiving certificates in Office Technology and a member of Business Professionals of America.

Going to school part-time, and working two part-time jobs, Rebecca was able to complete her Associate of Applied Science degree in Human Services from Baker College of Muskegon, in March 2005.

Rebecca is presently a social worker.
