Regularly voted one of the top poets in the St. Louis area in the Riverfront Times "Best of St. Louis" poll, John Carey is the author of the book Holiday Shenanigans, has contributed material to several magazines, and is currently working on a new collection of humorous material tentatively entitled: Tales from Nonsense Town and Vicinity. He currently resides in the St. Louis area, and is remarkably down-to-earth for someone possessing his obvious literary genius :).
