Dr. Auden has a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Economics from the Karol Adamiecki University of Economics in Poland; he also holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Business Administration from the Touro University International. He graduated with a Master of Public Administration degree from New York University and a Master of Science in Management degree from the State University of New York at stony Brook. His graduate’s level coursework focuses extensively on quantitative methods, organizational development and behavior as well as international management.

Dr. Auden has served several senior management positions including Chief Accountant for ABN-AMRO Bank, Controller for Vereinsbank in Poland, Treasurer for Silesian Bank, and Treasurer for Ford Motor Company in Warsaw, Poland. For the last ten years he serves as a bank officer in New York City.

Dr. Auden has an international reputation as an expert in organizational development and international management. He has published a book “Top Management Team and Firm Performance”, which gain recognition in US as well as in Europe.

Dr. Auden was awarded international IREX scholarship at the University of Wisconsin. In addition he received merit scholarship at SUNY.

Dr. Auden accumulated significant experience in international management and organizational development while working for many leading European banks as well as American Express Bank. He conducted international business training classes in East European countries as part of the privatization process undertaken by banking industries in Eastern Europe. He worked with European Commissions in Brussels, Belgium on special statistical project to adopt East European statistical economic report system to European Community standards. He also worked with Polish government officials on economic issues regarding modernization of heavy industry in Poland.
