M.A., LL.M., PhD. Professor of Law; Graduated law from University of Delhi in 1983. Passed LL.m. From Ruhilkhand University Bareilly in 1988 and Ph.D. from Kumaon University Nainital in 2002. Before joining teaching profession in 1989, was a Lawyer in U.P. Bar for nearly seven years, Attended several seminars and conferences on legal topics, attended Refresher Courses of reputed institutions of law, Best teacher award winner from the institution he is serving, engaged in research and writing books in law. Nominated expert in various examination bodies and Public Service Commissions.Projects undertaken are on Administrative Law, Pleadings and conveyance etc. Total Teaching Experience in Law is above 23 years. Teaching Constitutional Law, Law of Interpretation,Judicial Process & Professional Ethics etc.
