Published between 1832 - 1854 the "Traité complet d'anatomie de l'homme comprenant la médecine opératoire" comprising 700 lithographic plates from nature by engraver N.H. Jacob. A second edition in collaboration with Claude Bernard, with colour plates was published in 1866-67][1]
