Ed has broad experience as a Line Manager, Human Resources Executive, Training Professional and entrepreneur across 4 industries. Ed has worked in, consulted with and presented executive level workshops at Fortune 100 companies.

Ed holds a Master’s Degrees in Organizational Management, is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a vendor certified Master Trainer in 3 internationally used management development curriculum.

Ed was most recently VP, Project Management and before that, VP, Learning and Development for Macy’s Merchandising Group. He has also managed Communications, Employee Relations Recognition Activities and Diversity.

Ed’s passion is achieving measurable business results from Human Resource Development.

Ed lives with his wife, Carolyn, near their “grown” children in Stroudsburg, PA. He relaxes by restoring and driving Alfa Romeo 60’s cars, with a passion for the Duetto.
