He wrote about 60 short stories and his three shtory cllection were published and several stories were broadcasted by Akshwani Jaipur,Kutch -Bhuj,All india radio,Sindhi Service.Shri Tilwani wrote few dramas and Poeams.He was a good Stage artist also.His works were translated in Gujrati and Hindi language.Shri Tilwani was very much papouler among sindhi readers in india as well as in pakistan.His works were published in Suhini a leading literay monthly magzine of sindh Pakistan.
Shri Bhagwan Tilwani Tought sindhi literature in Govt. College Ajmer.He was Fisrt lecturare(Ornr.) of Sindhi language in Rajasthan State.Shri Tilwani was member of Rjasthan sindhi Akadmy.
