Manuel Francisco Ossa, born in Vina del Mar Chile, 23 August 1934, Studied in The Mackay school and the SSCC, universidad Catolica de Valparaiso filosophy and phsicology. Was attache to the chilian embassy to the holly see from 1955 to 1967 when H E Manuel Ossa SM. was Ambassador. In 1962 married Princess Francesca Chigi Albani della Rovere and in 1968 born Isabel Consuelo Anna. In 1980 wrote "The bolivian paradise" in 1988 "Sol Invictus" next year "Sol invictus Est" and in 1992 "Antonia" lives in tenuta "Prati Molli" Arcidosso Italy and in Parcela 53 Noviciado, Santiago Chile
