He was born in Manchester, New Hampshire and married twice. He accually married 3 times by re-marrying his 2nd wife again after 13 years of divorce, and is still married at present to his wife Shirley.
He served his country in the U.S.M.C. for 6 years from 1977 to 1983, reaching the rank of non-commissioned officer.
