Karen Lieberman Troccoli received a Master's degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. She is a teen health expert, specializing in maternal and child health issues and teen pregnancy prevention. She has worked for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Southern Regional Project on Infant Mortality, the National Association of County and City Health Officials, and the National Commission to Prevent Infant Mortality. In 2001 she became the Director of State and Local Action for the National Campaign to Prevent Teen Pregnancy.
