Bill Burns’ work about drugs, animals and democracy has been shown at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Stedelijk Museum in Amsterdam the Seoul Museum of Art in Seoul Korea and the KW in Berlin.. He has participated in bienials at Havana,Cuba and Ushuai, Argentina and recently produced a major solo project at the Institute for Contemporary Arts. He has published a dozen artist's books including, Bird Radio; 0.800.0FLORA0FAUNA; Analgesia as well as a critcal anthology called When Pain Strikes (Minnesota). He is currently the artistic director of the Dogs and Boats and Airplanes Children’s Choir in Toronto.
