I borrowed The Bear Who Went Boo! By David Walliams from my local library. I read it to my 11-week-old son who found it hilarious which is all I needed to make me like it.
The writing style is simple and easy to follow for younger children and the pictures are bright and entertaining.
My son laughed every time I said ‘Boo!’ which given the title of the book should give you an indication of how much he liked it.
He loved all the new sounds he learnt from this book and seemed to be entertained by it for as long as anything entertains him.
I will be adding The Bear Who Went Boo! to my collection of books for him.
