Our Review
I read The Initiation and The Captive when I was a young teenager and it is still one of my favourite books about witches.
Cassie is spending the summer in Cape Cod when she learns she won't be returning to her California home. Cassies finds it had to adjust to living in New England and manages to make enemies in her first day at her new school. She can't understand why a group of teenagers run the school and the teachers just let them. Then Cassie learns the reason for their power and her life changes forever.
All the characters in this book just mesh together and create a fantastic chemistry. A seriously witchy read.
