Dr. Daniel Cerqueiro, born in Buenos Aires on December 15, 1946. He is an economist, graduated in Sciences Economics at the University of Buenos Aires. He attended several postgraduate courses in Buenos Aires and abroad (among others in the Agence Pour La Cooperation Technique Industrielle et Economique, Paris; CIPE-IDEA Saint Souci Palace, San Isidro, Bs. As ; Kepner Tregoe Inc Princeton, New Jersey USA, etc.). Professionally specialized in the evaluation of major investment projects, planning, management control, problem analysis and decision making. As an economist, developed the original econometric equations such as: "Equation for Efficiency in the Economic Management of Public Enterprises" (UIT 1980), and the equation for determining the "technical optimum" of a Macro Business (PA1981). Also studied their own intellectual motivation: arts, philosophical problems, history of: sciences, mathematics, physics and filotecnia. During the course of his job performance has been: professor, small businessman, official and international consultant. Because of this latter activity has been facilitated in their travel, access to multiple bibliographic sources cited monumental in his writings.
