Nacido en el Callao, Lima, Perú, estudió Educación, llegando a dirigir varios centros educativos en diferentes localidades del país, incluyendo su alma mater, el Instituto Pedagógico Nacional. Destacado Catedrático de la Universidad Católica del Perú. Fué Director de la Segunda Región de Educación del Perú, Asesor de la OEA por los años 1960 y colaborador distinguido de los Diarios mas importantes del pais, El Comercio y La Prensa y muchas otras revistas y publicaciones de diversas asociaciones culturales. "Foyeque" como el solía firmar, nos dejó luego de cumplir sus 90 años de edad.

Born in Callao, Lima, Peru, he studied Education and was Director of several schools in diferent locations of Peru, including his Alma Matter, the "Instituto Padagógico Nacional". Outstanding Teacher in the "Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú", Director of the Second Region of Education of Peru, Distinguished Colaborator of the OEA around 1960 and most prestigious News Papers in Peru and many other publications for cultural associations. "Foyeque" as he used to sign, left us short after celebrating his 90 years old.
