Lutfi Lepaja, was born on 20 may 1945 in Bajçinë, Podujeva-Kosovo. He deals with five artistic literary genres: novel, story, essay, poetry, and journalism. He is typical author "discovered" by anonymous literary competitions and on almost all these genres was awarded more than once. Educated in Mitrovica and Prishtina, worked for some time as teacher and professor, from the 70-ties onwards, writing in a unique style - psychologically analysed characters and events - very valuable books, including: "Kona", "Tepër serioz", "Parimi i pritjes", "Përqafim i padukshem", "Valëza a lumit", "Gëte ka të drejtë", "Ngutja në jetë", "Granias Lament", "Shkollë për specialistë", "Zero zero", "Zinxhiri i këputur", "Panairi i ideve", "Kopili", "Ruleti kosovar" and many other unpublished plays, novels, stories, poetries.
