Vintens Spaksis is my author's name. My citizens name is Vincents Å pakovskis. My I
education is in metalurgy, chemistry and materials science. I worked and retired in England 1992, where I wrote my books and published myself under trade name: Sagas. Returned to Latvia in 1994. These books and many single issues of Epistemy are available from me at sagas @inbox.lv.
