Practicing 30 years in human resources administration, ARTHUR L. FINKLE specializes in labor relations' mediation. Listed in Who's Who in Government; Who's Who In American Education and Who’s Who in American Law, he has authored four books and more than 100 articles on human resources, mediation and religious issues. He performs Adjunct teaching at Kean University and Empire State College. He mediates approximately 500 cases a year in workplace disputes, both in governmental executive branch and judicial forums.

For the NJ Department of Personnel, he served as Director of Mediation, personally mediating 500 cases per year. He established a labor-management resolution forum and a Workers Disability Program dealing with those workers with disabilities.

In the NJ Courts, Civil Division, he services as a listed mediator and as a certified mentor . In the Association for Conflict Resolution, Finkle has an Advanced Mediator designation. He serves as member of the Select Committee of Legislation and Public Policy, consulting the National Board of Trustees, the National Leadership Group and the President of its NJ Chapter.
