My names is Dafydd Bened Walters, LL.B (Hons), LL.M., (London), an academic concerned with law, legal history and comparative law among other things, formerly of the School of law, Edinburgh University 1967-1994 and at various University institutions in Brussels since 1993, now resident in Belgium and Wales from which places I continue these studies and undertake some University teaching.

I am the author of the first item of the three on this list and the co-editor & contributor to the second item. They are among my many publications & conference papers on Welsh law and its history.

The third item must be the work of someone with the same initials but is certainly not by me.
