Dr. Steiner is Associate Professor of Sociology and Chair of the Behavioural Sciences Department at Booth University College in Winnipeg, Canada. She has written two books and several articles on topics relating to global governance without global government in an era of globalization. She is particularly concerned about the effects of primarily human induced global warming on our common future.[link text][1]
