Rohase (pronounced 'Rose') Piercy is the author of two novels initially published back in 1988 and 1990 respectively: 'My Dearest Holmes', a Holmes/Watson romance, and 'The Coward Does It With A Kiss', a fictional diary of Oscar Wilde's wife Constance. When the books went out of print and the rights reverted to her, she re-published 'My Dearest Holmes', which was still attracting a fair amount of interest, as a POD on Amazon with BookSurge (now CreateSpace). It is currently available on Amazon.com and through various other outlets.
Rohase has returned to writing following a long stretch as a housewife and mother, and currently has two other novels in the pipeline: 'Before Elizabeth - the Story of Anne de Bourgh' (an alternative look at the familiar events of Jane Austen's 'Pride & Prejudice'), and more immediately, a children's book (for seven to ten year olds) which she is bringing out with Budding Press: 'What Brave Bulls Do' deals with the controversial subject of Bullfighting, and should soon be available on Amazon.co.uk
Rohase lives in Brighton, East Sussex, UK, with her husband Leslie, two grown-up daughters Morgana and Pip, one dog, two cats and a shed full of fancy pigeons.
