Randall B. Christison served in the U.S. Navy as submarine officer, the youngest qualified submarine officer at the time. He received a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and a law degree from Santa Clara University. He became a lawyer, and worked as a senior litigator and manager with the Attorney General of California. In 2000, he was created a professional development program for the Attorney General. He also teaches programs in legal writing and litigation.
