Larry Delinger is a composer/ conductor who has written opera, chamber, orchestral choral and theatre music throughout the United Sates and Europe. He studied composition from Ernest Kanitz in Los Angeles CA and Edward Applebaum in Santa Barbara CA. He was Composer in Residence for Pacific Conservatory For The Performing Arts, Santa Maria CA, American Conservatory Theatre, San Francisco CA, and the Denver Theatre Company, Denver CO and an Artistic Associate for the Cleveland Playhouse. Other theatres include The Mark Taper Forum.LA, Old Globe Theatre, San Diego CA Oregon Shakespeare Festival, OR and Oslo Nye Theater, Oslo Norway. His opera, "Talk TO Me Like The Rain" Was performed at the Utah Festival Opera, Logan UT and "Traces:(A Mourning Music) for string orchestra was performed by the San Jose Chamber Orchestra, San Jose CA, Barbara Day Turner, Conductor.
