James V Caggiano was born in Medford, MA on Oct 18, 1934. The only son of James and Grace Caggiano. After graduating Saugus High School, James Attended Northeastern Engineering College in Boston and subsequently served in Special Services of the US Navy. James married Dolores Grella, a classmate in 1955 and they have three daughters. He took over his father's construction business in 1959 and expanded into three seperate entities. Light or home building, Large or all commercial construction and finally created a major excavation sector under seperate names. Jim retired 1990 leaving the business to his son in law Scott Jones. James is an accomplished multi engine and instrument Pilot with more than 4,0000 flying time.James has written two books "My Angel and Marrying My Angel" and is working on a third. Jim and Dolores reside in Saugus, Ma and Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida.
