Alessandro Abati is recognized international expert in field of Public Private Partnerships. A few years performed in Marketing and Strategy sectors with Deloitte & Touche. A Master course in Urban Management, taken at the Erasmus University with a Thesis on Project finance and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). More than 10 years spent providing consultancy and performing training to central/local PAs/Governments on PPP for infrastructures. Former Member for 3 years of the Italian PPP Unit, in 1999 he has founded the M&J Consulting, a company highly specialized in the PPP and focusing on transaction and policy advice. He has advised on PPPs many governments, central and local, including Italia, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Yemen and most recently Syria.
