As founder of Heaven's Palm Boxing Association, Coach Melvin is an innovator in the martial arts. He developed his methods after 11 years of military service, and studying the internal martial arts of Chi Gung (Qigong), Tai Chi Chuan, and Ba Gua Zhang under some of China’s most renowned internal martial arts masters. With a college background in computer science and music, he applies computational logic and rhythmic movement in his varied techniques. His school is located in Los Angeles County.
