Bobb Rousseau was born in Haiti. He graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Haiti. He worked as a Human Rights Attorney and as a teacher in several schools in his hometown for many years. He was very involved in various social and intellectual activities.
Bobb Rousseau came in the United States in the year 2000. That same year he joined the United States Army as a Human Resources Specialist. Although his English was rusty and in spite of his heavy accent; he quickly found a way to fit in a fast paced America.
While in the United States Army; Bobb Rousseau attended Webster University. He graduated with a MA in Management, a MA in Human Resources Development, and a MA in Information Technology Management.
