Madan Mohan Kashyap (b.1928) is a distinguished retired teacher from the Department of Library and Information Science, University of Delhi. He was actively involved in teaching and research in the areas of Knowledge Classification, Systems Analysis and Design, Computer Application, and Library Management. Certain Indian universities have invited him many times as a Visiting Professor and Visiting Fellow. He was awarded the Fulbright Fellowship in 1971 and Ranganathan Medal by IASLIC in 1994 for best article presented at the XVI National Seminar of IASLIC
