By occupation, he is Commissioned staff of Central Tibetan Administration, Dharamshala and currently, working in office of the Kashag.
He was lyricist of Miyul and other albums. He researched modern Tibetan songs in 2001 and produced compilation album called Gasue Thaldra (APPLAUSE). So far, he published three series of Tibetan lyrics book.
