• Professor at Faculty of Economy, Finanicies and Administration (FEFA), Belgrade;
• Professor at Faculty of Philosophy, Niš;
• Director and co-owner of TNS Medium GALLUP - market, media and public opinion research company, (member of Gallup International – 85 countries, population of 3 billion people – and TNS Group, world leader in TV audience research and European leader in market research);
• Research fellow at the Institute of Political Studies, Belgrade;
• Cerrificated tutor at the London School of Public Relations (LSPR)
• Founding member and member of the Executive Board of the Atlantic Council of Serbia.

He was member of the Board of Governors and a professor of the Business Scholl of PR, Belgrade.
Born in 1956. High school in Nis;
BA in political science, in 1979, Belgrade;
1994/95 master’s degree at Central European University, Budapest;
1994 Ph.D. in social sciences, Faculty of Philosophy, Belgrade.
1984-1989 director of Research and Publishing Center SSOS, an alternative publishing house, which published postmodern literature, works from political philosophy, social science, psychology, literature, information science.
In 1989 he was a co-founder of Movement for Democratic Serbia.
In 1990 he founded Public Opinion and Marketing Center “Medium”; in 1997 “Medium” transformed into private company Medium Index, in 2005 into TNS Medium Gallup.
From 2001 to 2004 he headed Research Project Modernization and Models of Devlopement DemocraticPolitical Institutions in Serbia, conducted by Institut of Political Studies, Belgrade and sponsored by the Found of Science of the Republic of Serbiia.
Dr. Brankovic has headed a number of commercial research projects in market, media and public opinion for local and foreign clients, such as: US Department of State, American Embassy, IRI, NDI, USAID, Coca Cola, Johnson & Johnson, US Steel, Reynolds Tobacco, Alaid Domeq, Telenor, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, US Steel, World Bank, National Bank of Serbia, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Voice of America, BBC, OSCE, The International Red Cross Committee, DAI, OTI/DTI, ACDI/VOCA, CHF, IRD, MERCY CORPS, KPMG, Government of Serbia, Government of Montenegro, Government of FYR Macedonia, and many others.
He has published books:
*Serbia at War With Itself – Political Choice in Serbia* (English edition, Belgrade, 1995),
*Methods of Empirical Research of Social Phenomena*, Megatrend University, Belgrade, 2009.
*Policial Power and Public*, Kairos, Sremski Karlovci, 2012, and more than 100 research papers in Serbian and foreign professional periodicals.
He also published novels:
“The Twenty Fourth” (Serbian edition, Belgrade, 2002, English edition Toronto 2006)
*The Invisible City*, Belgrade, 2011.
Special acknowledgement of the Yugoslav Association for Economic Propaganda for contribution to market research development.
Member of the Editorila Board of Serbian Enciclopedia
His papers have been translated into English, German, Swedish, Slovene and Italian.
Fluently speaks English and Russian, understands French.
