Jagan brings relentless focus in converting vision in to practical services & products in the information technology space. He has extensive success in growing value at Technology based enterprises by converting leading–edge technologies to growing business enterprises. In his leadership roles at Siemens, Satyam, Sify, he generated significant Customer and Investor value and executed several business turnaround strategies at Sify and Satyam. He has helped Satyam forge a major strategic alliance with SAP AG, has helped ISG in a M&A scenario to acquire Novasoft, helped Sify to strike a partnership with Ernst & Young in the SAP Security, Audit and control practice etc.

Jagan has over 23 years of experience in leading technology product and service businesses. Most recently, he was Vice President, Global SAP Practice at Changepond Technologies LTD, a leader in the Sports portals software and ERP services. Before Changepond, Jagan was Vice President – SAP Technical Services of Sify (NASDAQ: Sify), providing strategy-consulting services to clients in the enterprise IT, ERM & ERP security, technology services and technology-enabled services sectors.

Earlier, Jagan was founder & Retail Practice Head, of SAP Practice at Satyam Computer Services LTD, a highly successful and fast-growing Indian IT MNC. Jagan started his career at Siemens and held several leadership positions at Siemens both in India and Germany for over 17 years and has led the IT Services SBU for the Siemens SAP implementation. At Siemens he also managed a large business division (PN) and was Regional Business head for Industrial Products division at Indore. Jagan worked at Siemens AG for 2 years and was part of several Siemens strategic IT initiatives.

Jagan is a CGEIT - Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT from ISACA and ITGI( IT Governance Institute) US, CISA, Certified Information Systems Auditor from ISACA, US; a Post Graduate in Management from AIM, and has received the highest professional management training at Siemens Berlin Business School, Germany. He has a passion for writing: he has authored a book for Tata McGraw-Hill titled “ERP in Practice” which was released in February 2007.
