Said Sellami was born in El madher city wilaya of Batna -ALgeria. He received his MSC (1980) from Moscow energitic institute in power station, and PHD (1993) in electronic and electrical engineering from salford university- UK. From 1980 through 1983 said sellami held a position of engineer at the power station in Annaba town- Algeria. from 1983 through 1985 he was a lecturer at the university center of Batna. From 1985-1988 he was a head of physical departement. DR Said Sellami is the coauther of two books " inclauding control engineering, university press 1994, and caracteristic of power apparatus, university press 1987, and auther and co auther of conference papers. His current research activities are in the area of high performance electrical systems, and control engineering.
