Dr. Jalil Khavandkar, the Chancellor of Zanjan Science & Technology Park (ZSTP), has a 30ys experience in Iran universities. 1st decade of teaching in University Physics, Electronic, Telecommunication, 2nd in IS` s and telecom-management interdisciplinary fields and 3rd in KM, Entrepreneurship, Ethical alliances are of his scientific story, which had resulted by honor of distinguished researcher of ICT in IRAN 2005 Research and Technology Festival. Publications, Speeches, consulting, jury, and some other science related activities are of his C.V. His "TAK" book series nominated and exhibited as 30 years best product of cultural affair of MSRT. Now he works as adviser and invited professor in Alzahra University, Tehran University and Institute for Advanced Studies in Basic Sciences. Also, He is chairman of International Conference on Intellectual Capital Management (IICM).
