Pisarz, malarz, regionalista, od lat gromadzi materiały dotyczące historii Ziemi Lubińskiej oraz Zagłębia Miedziowego. Od 2001 roku pełni funkcję prezesa Stowarzyszenia Twórców Kultury w Lubinie, a od 2010 roku jest także vice prezesem Towarzystwa Miłośników Ziemi Lubińskiej.
