JORGE ANDRÉS KUN BODÁNSKY, peruano, nació el 12 de Febrero de 1939 en Budapest, Hungría. Residió en América Latina desde 1948. Realizó sus estudios en Uruguay, Chile y Perú. Doctor en Literatura por la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Se dedicó al periodismo, la docencia, las relaciones públicas y el asesoramiento político. Falleció en Lima en 1995.
