Volkmar Eberhard Bueb was born in Ueberlingen/Lake Constance in 1939. He studied in Lyon, Vienna and Freiburg/Breisgau French language and history. Then he wrote his dissertation (Dr. phil.) on the French "Jeune École" (in German "Junge Schule"). He was teacher for French, history and politics in Radolfzell and from 1984-1994 in Konstanz at Lake Constance. His commitment was for French-German friendship (Amitié franco-allemande), and he was German native speaker and also used Latin, French and Alemannic language. He died in 1994 in Paris.
