French deputy of the 6th district of Saint-Denis from 1910 till 1932, Minister of Trade and the Industry and the Post offices and Telegraphs, charged of Sea transports and with the Merchant navy from November 27th, 1919 till January 20th, 1920.
Founder of several regional farmers' and wine unions.
Publisher and printer. His luxury printings and reproductions of oeuvres of art obtained Grand Prix in all the World Fairs since 1900: Saint Louis ( 1904 ), Liège ( 1905 ), Milan ( 1906 ), London ( 1908 ), Brussels ( 1910 ), Turin ( 1911 ).
As deputy, named delegated by France to the international Commission of the repairs on May 19th, 1920, he became president.
