**Frederick Howard Taylor** (born 1862 in London, England; died 1946), commonly known as **F. Howard Taylor**, was a British Protestant Christian missionary to China, author, speaker and second son of James Hudson Taylor (1832-1905) (founder of the China Inland Mission, later *Overseas Missionary Fellowship*, today *OMF International*), and Maria Jane Dyer (1837-1870). From 1894 until his death he was married with [Mary Geraldine Guinness Taylor (1865-1949)][1]. Together they authored several books as “Dr. and Mrs. Howard Taylor”.
