Camincha earned her MA in Spanish Literature at San Francisco State University. Was selected by KDTV for their segment “One of Ours” to honor her contributions to the Latin American community in the Bay Area. Is listed in A Directory of American Poets and Fiction Writers. PEN member. Has published a novella, AS TIME GOES BY. Also her poems, short stories and literary translations in English and Spanish on Lit & E-Zines magazines. And desktop published three bilingual chapbooks. The San Francisco Bay Guardian, says: “Camincha frames the ordinary in a way that makes it extraordinary, and that is real talent.”
